This is desktop application that's allowing to see normal Youtube videos as much as high definition video.
This tool will improve the quality of Youtube video.

Youtube gives you the option to switch to high quality videos for some of the videos, however you can check if a video is available in high quality format by appending ‘&fmt=18′(stereo, 480 x 270 resolution) or ‘&fmt=22′(stereo, 1280 x 720 resolution) for even higher quality.

This software will change YouTube address code adding these codes according to resolutions of video “&ap=%26fmt=18″ and “&ap=%26fmt=22″

Then you can view YouTube videos in better quality.
